The very latest update to Shimano XT, the new M8200 SGS mech is the longer cage version, compatible with the largest 10-51T cassettes.
Super low profile and slanted it's been re-designed to avoid as many impacts as possible and glance off the ones that do make it through. A new double spring mechanism improves chain wrap and replaces the clutch system of previous generations so that chain retention won't degrade throughout the life of the mech. Jockey wheels are solid to minimise debris entry and a direct cable route keeps your outer away from trail hazards.
The M8200 mounts to a regular derailleur hanger so it will ft any bike out there of any age.
