Shipping policy

TVB was established in 2020 and has been shipping online regularly since day one. We pride ourselves in offering the best level of service and highest quality products to our customers across the UK. 

We currently ship anywhere in mainland UK, but can also ship to Northern Ireland and the smaller UK Islands upon request for an additional shipping fee. Please get in touch with us for accurate shipping costs if you're not based on the mainland.

Placing an Order 

As soon as you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us, and a further confirmation email once we dispatch your order. The tracking number you’ll receive in your confirmation email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show your delivery details immediately. If none of these emails appear, please check your junk mail, and if they’re not there for any reason feel free to get in touch with us at shop@tweedvalleybikes.mom. 

All of our deliveries under a value of £150.00 are sent with tracking, regardless of which level of service you choose. Orders over the value of £150.00 are sent Signed for. If you’re not in when a delivery is made, you should receive a card with contact details of how to receive your package from the courier and arrange another delivery, or collection from your local depot. Should these delivery attempts continue to fail, the goods will be returned to us and an additional shipping charge will be applied to redeliver your items. 

We make every effort to supply your requested items, but on the rare occasion there could be an error with stock on our system. If your item turns out to no longer be available, we’ll contact you straight away to arrange an exchange or refund.

Shipping and Costs

The easiest way to work out how much it will cost to ship your item(s) and which shipping options are available to you, is to add the items you want to your basket, proceed to the checkout and enter your address. This will present the shipping options available, their cost and estimated delivery times. We normally ship with the Royal Mail and for reference, please see an outline of our delivery options below:

We always aim to deliver your items within the timescales above wherever we can, however, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We’ll contact you to let you know if we have any issues getting an item to you within your selected time scale. Deliveries are made to the shipping address you specify when you place your order. 

When we Ship

We always aim to ship orders received before 12 noon on the same day, Monday to Friday. If an order is placed after midday on Friday it won’t be shipped until the following Monday.

Our customer service team is generally available 7 days per week, between 9am to 5pm, with the exception of some public holidays, and we always aim to respond to emails within 24 hours.
