A simple, no nonsense rear wheel built to the highest quality that will go the long haul on any bike you'd care to put it on.
Combining Hope's toughest 30mm internal rim, with their legendarily durable Pro 5 hub, J-Bend spokes and brass nipples the Fortus 30 is about as practical a wheel as you could possibly pick. Weatherproof, low drag, easy to maintain and with excellent spare parts backup you should be able to run this wheel for years to come.
108 point engagement on the Pro 5 hub gives quick drive when you want it, while double labyrinth seals keep the UK weather away from Hope's own excellent bearings. The Fortus 30 rim used on this version is internally braced for extra strength, and ideal for use with heavier riders or E-Bikes.
We run Hope hubs on most of our staff bikes here, and universally find them to be a long lasting and low maintenance option with tens of thousands of km racked up between us.

FAQ
Can I swap these wheels to different standards?
Mostly! You can switch to either HG or Microspline drivetrains by buying a replacement freehub, or they can also adapt to 142mm spacing via different end caps.
