Fully DH certified, with ASTM and NTA approval and awarded 5* at the Virginia Tech tests, it's also as safe as any when charging back down the hill. A fixed chinguard provides the frontal protection and a fidlock buckle keeps the helmet secure while also allowing quick and easy removal.
